... がいこくじん　ろうどうしゃ に　さんせい　する　ひと　は　16.7%　です。しかし、じょせい　や　こうれいしゃ
を　ゆうせん　した　あと　で　の　うけいれ　に　は、さんせい　が　39％　です。

がいこくじん　ろうどうしゃ　= foreign labors
さんせい　する　ひと = people in favor
こうれいしゃ = elderly people
ゆうせん　した　あと　で = after placing priority
うけいれ = accepting
